Scary Boo Berry Cupcakes. On the day of Halloween, is not complete without a spooky party dress, and also children who knocked on the door asking for candy. Ingredients
  •         1 box strawberry cake mix
  •         1 package 2 1 / 2 cup foil "cake
  •         1 can of vanilla icing
  •         1 small tube of food coloring purple
  •         2 tablespoons of confetti sprinkles
  •         24 thick black cherry-flavored licorice pieces
  •         24 mini marshmallows
  •         Both the black marker
  •         Black writing icing

Directions
  1. Prepare the strawberry cake mix according to box directions.
  2. Remove white paper separators from foil cups and set aside to use as toppers ghost.
  3. Pour the batter into the cup cake foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 17 to 20 minutes, or until you can stick a toothpick into the center and remove it clean.
  4. Remove cupcakes from oven and let cool completely.
  5. In a small bowl, add 7 or more drops of food coloring to the icing and stir until desired color is reached purple. Top cupcakes with colored icing.
  6. To create a ghost: Fold white paper separator into two parts, the last quarter. Using a black marker, draw eyes and mouth at the pointy end of the paper to make a ghost face. Using scissors, trim the edges down into a half circle.
  7. To assemble the cupcakes: Poke a small hole in the top right side of the cupcake; insert a piece of licorice. Use black writing icing to write "RIP" or other messages on the spooky mini marshmallows. Use colored vanilla icing to "glue" marshmallow onto the licorice. Deploying a few confetti sprinkles on the cupcake. Top with a paper ghost.

Substitution (s)
Use marshmallow peeps ghosts instead of paper shaped as toppers.
